Da Fu Pi (Arecae Pericarpium) 18g
Ze Xie (Alismatis Rhizoma) 18g
Chi Xiao Dou (Phaseoli Semen) 18g
Han Fang Ji (Stephaniae tetrandrae Radix) 9g
Dong Gua Ren (Semen Benincasae) 18g

 

Suggested dose: 1 bag over 2-4 days. The above dosage is doubled from the original source.

Notes: This is the formula for Qin Bo-Wei's treatment method #3 for Dampness (p. 207 in Qin Bo-Wei's 56's Treatment Methods, Writing Precise Prescriptions.) Dong Gua Pi (Benincasae Exocarpium was originally used instead of Dong Gua Ren; however it is unavailable at this time.
