Urban Herbs ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority, USPS First Class, and UPS Standard 2-day.  

Please note that your order will take 1-3 days to ship after being prepared. 

Costs are based on the products chosen and the weight of the package.  USPS Service is determined based on the size and weight of the package.  A small handling fee is displayed during the order to ensure that your products are shipped securely and accurately. 

We do not ship internationally.

We value your business and will be sure to compile, pack, and ship your order within 48 hours Monday-Friday.  Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be addressed on Monday.  Upon ordering, you may choose to have us ship directly to the practitioner or the patient.  If you have additional questions, please contact us.  Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are delayed, destroyed or returned.





Call us at (720) 638-6622 for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 14 days of your invoice date. 

We must receive the merchandise in new condition. Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip along with your return. Upon receipt of the merchandise, credit will be issued according to the manner of payment less a 15% restocking fee.

We will not accept any returns beyond 14 days of your invoice date.

All products MUST be unopened and all safety seals and/or shrink wrap intact. If a jar of herbs or a package of product has been opened, you cannot return them, nor will you receive credit. FDA law prohibits us from accepting these back at our warehouse. Please do not return opened items.

Some items are fragile. Please pack securely, preferably in the same box in which they arrived.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns of special order or custom items.



Please contact us immediately (within 5 business days of receipt of your package) if you receive damaged merchandise due to carrier mishandling.

Save the original packaging, including all packing materials and damaged items for inspection by the carrier. This allows us to file a damage claim with the carrier and send a replacement shipment to you as quickly as possible.
