Gua Lou (Trichosanthis Fructus)

Xie Bai (Allii macrostemi Bulbus)

Zhi Shi (Aurantii Fructus immaturus)

Hou Po (Magnoliae officinalis Cortex)

Gui Zhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus)

Suggested dose: 1 bag over 2-4 days. The above dosage is doubled from the original source.
Note: Hou Po and Zhi Shi come in a separate bag conforming to the original instructions from the Golden Cabinet. For example, the Golden Cabinet advises to first decoct Zhi Shiand Hou Powith 5 cups of water until 2 cups remain. The dregs are then removed and the remaining three medicinals added to the decoction. This is then brought to a boil for a short period of time.
