Presentation: External contraction of wind-cold; cough with thick or thin phlegm
Ingredients for 1 bulk herb vacuum sealed bag:

|Xing Ren (Armeniacae Semen)||18g|
|Jie Geng (Platycodi Radix)||4.8g|
|* Sheng Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma recens)||4 slices|
* Sheng Jiang needs to be added by the patient or practitioner. One slice is usually the size of the quarter and is ~ 3 grams.
Treatment principle: Eliminate the external pathogen (wind-cold) with acrid, warm medicinals by diffusing the Lungs and resolving the exterior in order to stop the cough, and simultaneously transform the phlegm.
Suggested dose: 1 bag over 2-4 days. The above dosage is doubled from the original source.
