Ingredients for 1 bulk herb vacuum sealed bag:


Qiang Huo (Notopterygii Rhizoma seu Radix) 4.8g
Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) 6g
Gui Zhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus) 4.8g
Chao Dang Gui (Dry-fried Angelicae sinensis Radix) 9g
Bai Shao (Paeoniae Radix alba) 9g
Sang Zhi (Mori Ramulus) 18g
Sheng Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma recens) ** 4 slices


** Sheng Jiang needs to be added by the patient or practitioner. One slice is usually the size of the quarter and is ~ 3 grams.

Suggested dose: 1 bag over 2-4 days. The above dosage is doubled from the original source.
