Ingredients for 1 bulk herb vacuum sealed bag:
| Shu Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix preparata) | 18g |
| Bai Shao (Paeoniae Radix alba) | 18g |
| Dang Gui (Angelicae sinensis Radix) | 18g |
| Chuan Xiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma) | 6g |
Suggested dose: 1 bag over 2-4 days. The above dosage is doubled from the original source.
Note: Although the dosage is still double the recommended dose, it is on the low end of the spectrum. This lower dose allows for it to be easily added to another formula to give it an additional blood building boost.
