| Zhi Fu Zi (Aconiti Radix lateralis preparata) * | 6g |
| Rou Gui (Cinnamomi Cortex) | 6g |
| Ze Xie (Alismatis Rhizoma) | 18g |
| Fu Ling (Poria) | 18g |
| Mu Dan Pi (Moutan Cortex) | 18g |
* Zhi Fu Zi (Aconiti Radix lateralis preparata) should be decocted for 30-60 minutes prior to the addition of the other herbs, and the entire formula should be cooked until the strained decoction can be tasted without any numbing sensation of the tongue.
